It is not necessary to create an account to place the order. You can checkout as a guest. However there are more benefits if you create an account. You can track your orders, view order history, and save addresses. You will be the first to know about new products, print releases, offers and more.

It’s simple. Just go to the login page from the menu tab. Register an account by providing the details and click Register.

Once you have a registered account, you can access the login page anytime. You can login with the email id with which you registered the account.

In case you have lost your password, you can recover your account by clicking ‘forgot password’. An Automatically generated password or a link to reset your password will be sent to your email. You can follow the onscreen instructions from there. 

No. You cannot. Our Website has much transparency and we would ask you to do the same. In case you have lost your account or the mail which you provided is no longer accessible, you can create a new account. However one cannot have multiple accounts to enjoy the benefits provided by Just Bumm. If found, all your accounts will be suspended. Just Bumm has all rights to delete such accounts.

Order Related FAQs

All orders can be placed by either creating an account on our site or by checking out as a guest. You can add the item(s) you need to the cart. Go to the cart page and then checkout. We accept only prepaid orders. Once the Order is placed successfully, you will receive a confirmation mail.

Once an order has been placed successfully, you will receive a mail & notification with order details to the email id and WhatsApp Number that you have provided.

We only have one mode of Payment – Pay Online. You can choose to opt for Net Banking, Credit or Debit cards, Google Pay, BHIM or UPI. We do not have COD.

If your payment is made successfully but the order status is shown Failed, it might be a technical error. Please notify the customer support either through [email protected] or through WhatsApp at They will look into the issue. Once confirmed your order status will be changed to Processing.

This can happen at times when the network connection is slow or has no reach. It may occur due to the payment gateway glitches. Please wait for a while and then try again later.

Confirmation mails are sent automatically through servers. If your mail ID is incorrect or the recipient server could not receive emails, this might happen. Please get in touch with our customer care. They will be able to help you. Please follow the instructions given by the team.

Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to the order once it has been placed. You can change the product you want to buy by getting in touch with our customer care. This should be prompted within 1 hour of placing the order. The Product can be changed only if it has the equal value of the one that you want to exchange for. Any excess amount should be paid. Note that if your order has shipped. you may need to pay extra shipping fee. Because we have to cancel that and ship a new one. (Even if you are eligible for free shipping).

You can add order notes at the time of placing the order. The Order notes are generated with the invoice. You can mention your preference of prints or designs of the products, gifting options. Please refrain from adding notes about directions of Address or phone numbers. Invoices are for personal use and won’t be made public to couriers.

We regret to inform you that once an order has been placed, the address cannot be changed. Please contact the Customer Support at once for changes.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. There may be exceptional delays due to situations like low stock availability or of that which cannot be controlled by Just Bumm.

Just Bumm delivers to all pincode either through private couriers or through India Post. If your area is not serviceable through private couriers, the order will be fulfilled through India Post by default.

The Approximate delivery time would be 3-10 business days. The Date of Delivery depends on your destination PINcode. Delays can be expected due to situations that are beyond the control of Just Bumm or Courier Services like Weather or Shutdowns for which Just Bumm will not be held responsible.

Yes. You can have different billing and shipping addresses. Please enter the address to which the products should be delivered under the Shipping Address column.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a mail with the tracking details. You can track using the link sent through the email. This can vary from 24-72 working hours.

All orders are wrapped in a Cloth Bag and packed in a sustainable Carton Box with Just Bumm Label. The Consignee details will be mentioned on the shipment label on top. We take utmost care to securely deliver your products. Please do not accept the package if it is tampered with.

Exchange, Return & Refund

We are sorry to inform you that we do not accept returns. Cloth Diapers fall under the Category “Sanitary and Hygiene” and hence returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons. You can contact the customer support for further queries and to know if you are eligible for return.

Products that are deemed eligible for return should be in a new condition and should not be washed or tried on. All such products should be returned in original packaging along with the invoice and wait to be picked up by the assigned courier service. Failing such won’t be accepted as a return and you will not be refunded.

Products that have cosmetic defects which will hinder the performance like broken or missing snaps, Open threads, Fabric damages or Production damages and that are bought on are eligible for exchange. Just Bumm shall not be held responsible for damages caused during transportation and such products will not be exchanged. Products purchased through third party platforms or clearance sale are not eligible.
